Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead (Non-Tech) based in Switzerland to lead and strengthen a recruitment function for a growing international organization.

You will oversee end-to-end non-technical recruitment, mentor recruiters, and use metrics to monitor performance, driving continuous improvement while partnering with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners in a fast-paced FinTech setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Sourcing and hiring non-technical roles such as Legal, Finance, Accounting.
• Strong ownership and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher; strong communication.
