Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Experience leading engineering teams or major technical initiatives
• Strong API-first architecture, modular design, and scalable system design
• Frontend experience with React.js and modern web tech
• AI-first mindset with experience using LLMs and agentic AI tools
• Hands-on experience with Docker-based and cloud-native environments (AWS)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across disciplines

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a globally distributed engineering team with a collaborative culture
• Provide hands-on technical leadership including architecture design and code reviews
• Maintain high standards for architecture, testing, CI/CD, and code quality
• Promote a DevOps mindset across the full development lifecycle
