Zusammenfassung

Jobgether partner company is seeking an FP&A Manager based in Switzerland to shape planning and decision-making in a fast-growing SaaS/fintech environment. You will own core FP&A activities, ensuring reliable forecasting, management reporting, and scenario analysis while collaborating with Finance, Data, Revenue Operations and senior leadership.

You will build scalable reporting, define metrics, and improve access to insights.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of professional finance experience with FP&A, forecasting, and business partnering.
• Experience in a SaaS or fintech scale-up environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Portuguese/Spanish/Italian) advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario/sensitivity analysis abilities.
• Experience building consolidated forecasts across multi-entities and markets.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV/CAC, margins).
• Comfort using data/BI outputs to inform decisions, without personal dashboard building.
• Experience partnering with Data/Finance teams to improve data models and processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate numbers into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication to present insights to management and board-level audiences.
• Ability to work independently and shape processes from scratch.
• Ownership mindset and curiosity to solve problems beyond formal roles.
• Ability to balance urgency with accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience mentoring finance professionals.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of core FP&A activities across close support, management reporting, and board reporting.
• Strengthen forecasting processes and develop structured scenario analyses.
• Build and maintain consolidated multi-entity and multi-market forecasts.
• Develop reliable reporting on SaaS metrics and financial performance.
• Create a shared metrics dictionary and drive adoption across teams.
• Partner with Data and other functions to improve data models and self-service reporting.
• Improve scalability of reporting and analytics workflows.
• Respond to ad-hoc questions while building scalable solutions for future requests.
• Monitor and communicate financial performance, risks, trends, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the FP&A Specialist, coaching on reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, Revenue Ops, and business leadership to align financial reporting with priorities.
• Support planning and board discussions with data-backed analysis and clear recommendations.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and ways of working as the organization grows.
