The ideal candidate has 5+ years in capital medical equipment sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to engage senior hospital leaders while traveling extensively to develop new territories.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years in medical device sales.
• Proven track record selling capital equipment to hospitals.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of hospital procurement and tendering.
• Ability to engage with senior hospital management.
• Fluent English and German.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop distributor partnerships across markets.
• Provide training, clinical education, and sales tools to distributors.
