Qualifikationen
- Several years of product management experience in the surgical field.
- Strong knowledge of strategic portfolio development.
- Experience with private label product range planning and execution.
- Excellent German and English written and spoken skills.

- Develop the surgical product portfolio for Europe.
- Manage products across entire life cycle—from analysis to launch.
- Plan, develop and manage private label ranges.
- Analyze market trends, clinical requirements and customer needs.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses for growth.
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, marketing and other interfaces.
- Monitor performance and quality; optimize product lines.
