MR MARVIS is seeking a Style Advisor for our Vienna store. You welcome customers, offer fit and styling advice, and help create a relaxed, well-organised shop-floor experience. You will move between customers, product advice, fitting-room support and daily store tasks.

Fluent German and good English are required. Availability for 20 or 38 hours weekly, Saturdays, and a minimum monthly salary of €2,251 gross are noted. Immediate start is expected.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers warmly and engage with them on brand and store concept.
• Advise on products, quality, heritage, and sizing; offer styling tips.
• Handle checkout processes and receipts; manage payments.
• Receive, tag deliveries, replenish sales floor; wrap purchases.
• Process online orders and returns according to guidelines.
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines to keep the store immaculate.
• Provide extra service such as tailoring assistance and refreshments.

About The Job

What You’ll Do As Style Advisor

• Welcome customers warmly, engage with them and inform them about our brand and store concept - every customer feels welcome from the moment they step in;
• Advise customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection, and offer inspiring styling advice as a complimentary extra service;
• Run the checkout process: recording item prices and totals, handling cash and cashless payments, issuing receipts;
• Receive, record and tag deliveries, replenish the sales floor and wrap purchases professionally;
• Process online orders and returns according to clear guidelines;
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines precisely and keep the store impeccable inside and out;
• Offer the extra service that makes the difference - pinning trousers for the tailor, offering coffee or refreshments.

What You Bring

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded – also patient, flexible and presentable;
• You easily connect with people and the customer is always your number one priority;
• You have a passion for styling and are not afraid to offer alternative products;
• Affinity with fashion and retail, enthusiastic about MR MARVIS - experience in hospitality or retail is a plus;
• Strong communicator who genuinely listens;
• Very good command of German and a good command of English.

The collective-agreement minimum salary for this position is €2,251 gross per month (KV Handel Angestellte, employment group C, full-time 38.5 hours/week, paid 14 times per year). Depending on experience and qualifications, we pay above this minimum (Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung).
