Sportradar, a world-leading sports technology company, seeks a Client Success Partner, Streaming, to manage client relationships and drive long-term success. You will coordinate onboarding, training, demos, and renewals while collaborating with Sales, Admin, Platform and Content teams.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools to analyze client data, generate insights, and identify upsell opportunities, with in-person collaboration as a core part of the culture. Strong English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client relationship/success or account management role.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships for joint client success.
• Strong commercial drive with analytical/operational expertise for long-term client growth.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and applications and applying them to improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Own the client relationship as first contact for long-term success.
• Lead onboarding, training, demos, business reviews and renewals.
• Coordinate between Sales, Administration and Product teams.
• Understand client KPIs and provide recommendations using internal/external tools.
• Use AI to analyze data, automate reporting and improve deliverables quality.
• Identify additional revenue streams through cross- or upselling.
• Support sales in communicating the value proposition to clients.
• Prepare client-facing materials like reports and presentations.
• Willingness to travel for meetings as per policy.
