Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead procurement strategy, drive cost savings, and ensure supply chain continuity across global operations. You will develop annual and strategic procurement plans, guide sourcing transitions to minimize total cost, negotiate with suppliers, and build high-performing teams through effective management systems.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of SAP/e-sourcing;

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and tools, such as SAP and e-sourcing platforms.
• International experience with exposure to high-growth regions
• Cross-functional experience in engineering/technology, operations, sales/marketing

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute annual and strategic procurement plans.
