VAT Group seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Raw Material & Surface Treatment to develop global sourcing strategies and partner with Business Units, Engineering, and Operations. You will sustain the Global Strategic Sourcing Operating Model and drive savings while managing a risk-aware supply base.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in strategic sourcing, experience with global category management, and strong German/English communication. Prior vacuum technology exposure is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in strategic and operational sourcing.
• Experience in global category management.
• Knowledge of sourcing markets.
• Experience in machine building, vacuum tech or semiconductors.
• Strong German and English communication.

• Manage own material categories and performance.
• Contribute to Direct Material & Supply Base QCD.
• Represent categories within the VAT organization.
• Lead cost optimization and supply base initiatives.
• Monitor supplier risk and global supply base.
• Collaborate with BU/Engineering on strategic sourcing.
• Lead category sourcing boards.
