Job summary

n8n GmbH is seeking a pricing leader to orchestrate the analytical foundation and packaging for pricing across its community, self-serve, and Enterprise offerings. You will connect unit economics with willingness-to-pay and shape pricing architecture for AI tools such as AI Assistant and n8n Connect.

You will drive cross-functional pricing decisions and own end-to-end rollout, working with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps and Data to scale ARR and adoption in a remote-first,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pricing, monetisation, or commercial strategy with at least one major pricing model transition.

Responsibilities

• Build analytical pricing foundation connecting unit economics, cost-to-serve, and willingness-to-pay.
• Design packaging for community, self-serve and Enterprise tiers including add-ons.
• Lead pricing decisions across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps and Data, and roll out changes end-to-end.
