Job summary

n8n GmbH is seeking an enablement lead to turn internal AI and automation capabilities into practical programs for every function. You’ll design and run workshops, live-build sessions, and ongoing office hours to empower teams across n8n to build, learn, and share automation solutions.

You’ll partner with IT, Security, and Data to ensure safe access and scalable templates, while shaping an enablement model from the ground up with autonomy and visibility to leadership.

Qualifications

• Practitioner-level n8n fluency with real automations.
• Experience running structured enablement programs (workshops, office hours, build-alongs).
• Ability to help non-technical audiences adopt technical tools.
• Collaborates with IT, Security, Data to define and own requirements without building infra.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly, role-specific workshops for non-technical functions.
• Lead hands-on sessions building live workflows with teams.
• Run Build Along Office Hours and Bounty Hunts for learning and experimentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and guide reuse vs. build decisions.
