Job summary

- Extensive leadership experience in SME banking, product management or transformation of financial-services offerings.
- Ability to translate customer insights and market developments into scalable products and end-to-end journeys.
- Strong delivery and change-management skills in cross-country initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead RBI’s Group-wide SME product agenda and priorities.
- Shape an integrated SME proposition including lending, accounts, payments, FX and non-banking services.
- Lead digitisation of SME lending, improving speed, transparency and data-enabled solutions.
- Build partnerships connecting banking services with invoicing, accounting, payroll and business tools.
- Turn propositions into executable programmes with measurable outcomes across countries.
