Job summary

Raiffeisen Bank International seeks a Group-wide Head of Wealth and Insurance to shape an integrated wealth and insurance proposition across RBI Group, guiding investments, savings, advisory, bancassurance, pensions and protection with senior management and network banks.

You will define regional strategy, lead cross-functional delivery across countries, and establish governance ensuring customer value and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in wealth and insurance propositions.
• Experience developing cross-market wealth and insurance strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and AI-enabled services.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead RBI’s regional wealth and insurance strategy with senior leadership and network banks.
• Identify growth opportunities across Central and Eastern Europe by assessing segments and market dynamics.
• Develop customer-centric propositions across savings, investments, advisory, pensions and protection.
• Design scalable products and journeys with digital self-service and high-quality advice.
• Build partnerships with insurers, asset managers and fintechs to strengthen value.
• Establish governance, risk and regulatory standards for wealth and insurance offerings.
• Lead implementation across network banks and coordinate cross-functional teams.
