• Extensive leadership experience in SME banking or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SME lending, payments, cards and digital banking.
• Ability to translate customer insights into scalable, commercially attractive products.
• Proven change-management and cross-country project leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Customer-focused leadership with commercial orientation and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead RBI’s Group-wide SME product and proposition agenda for SME banking, translating the overall SME strategy into clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Shape an integrated SME proposition across lending, accounts, payments, cards, FX, insurance and non-banking services.
• Lead digitisation of SME lending, improving speed and transparency with data-enabled AI solutions.
• Build SME ecosystem partnerships with invoicing, accounting, payroll, and business tools.
• Turn approved propositions into executable programmes and align stakeholders across countries and functions.
