Zusammenfassung

PlanRadar, a leading platform for digital documentation in construction and real estate, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Vienna. You will partner with Go-To-Market and Marketing teams, align people initiatives with business goals, and drive cohesive growth in a fast-moving, international environment.

Expect ownership of workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and engagement, plus collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful programs.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role
• Strong expertise in talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organisational development
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and scaling environment
• Business acumen with a data-driven mindset, using insights to guide decisions
• Trusted advisor who can influence stakeholders at different levels and challenge constructively
• Work independently with high ownership, while collaborating effectively across teams and HR Centres of Excellence
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Aufgaben

• Partner with our business leaders to translate strategy into impactful people initiatives
• Drive the full HR cycle (e.g. workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and engagement) for your business areas
• Lead and support organisational development and change initiatives
• Guide leaders on performance, talent, and succession decisions
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to managers on leadership and team-related topics
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefit, etc) to deliver and continuously improve HR programs
• Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and drive meaningful actions
