PlanRadar GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align departmental goals with overall business objectives in a fast-moving, international environment. You will support Go-To-Market and Marketing teams as a trusted partner, translating evolving needs into impactful people initiatives.

With 5–7 years in HR and strong expertise in talent management and performance management, you will influence leaders and drive organisational development while maintaining a data-driven approach.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and scaling environment.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into people initiatives.
• Drive the full HR cycle: workforce planning, performance management, talent development, engagement.
• Lead organisational development and change initiatives.
• Guide leaders on performance, talent and succession decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to improve HR programs.
• Use data and insights to identify trends and drive actions.
• Support Go-To-Market and Marketing teams in a fast-moving environment.
