In this role, you will drive the full HR cycle including talent management and employee engagement while partnering with leaders on organizational development. The annual gross minimum salary is EUR 56,000.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role.
• Strong expertise in talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organisational development.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international, and scaling environment.
