Berger Logistik GmbH in Tyrol is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic sparring partner for managers and the executive team. You will advise on people-related topics, drive recruiting, and help shape our people processes in collaboration with the HR team.

You will lead recruitment within your area, draft employment contracts, ensure Austrian labor law compliance, support payroll coordination, and contribute to HR projects such as employer branding and learning

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree with a focus on HR or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law.
• Experience in recruiting and ideally with HR systems
• Strong consulting skills and excellent communication.
• Analytical thinking and a structured, reliable way of working.
• High service orientation, team spirit and discretion.

Aufgaben

• Advise and support managers on operational and strategic HR matters.
• Manage recruiting processes within the assigned area, including active sourcing and interviews.
• Draft employment contracts and HR documentation; ensure compliance with Austrian labor law.
• Collaborate with payroll, time management and HR systems; support HR analytics.
• Participate in HR projects such as employer branding and learning & development; support workforce planning and budgeting.
