Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in delivery leadership within consulting, outsourcing or large-scale IT engagements.
• Experience managing multi-stream enterprise programs and full client accounts.
• Strong governance, milestone governance and contractual delivery experience.
• Fluent English and German.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end delivery for a full client account across multiple initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality and budget.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating cadence and reporting for transparency and continuous improvement.
• Enable data-driven management using KPIs, dashboards and operational metrics.
• Act as the primary EPAM delivery counterpart for client leadership, fostering trust and long-term engagement.
• Proactively manage risks, escalations and expectations in a no-surprise delivery culture.
• Maintain delivery financial health, including forecasting, margin control and cost optimization.
• Oversee contractual delivery under MSAs and SOWs, ensuring scope control, change management and compliance.
• Partner with Account Management to identify delivery-led growth opportunities and support RFP/RFI responses.
• Ensure effective staffing, onboarding, coaching and performance management across delivery teams.
• Apply EPAM delivery standards, proposing continuous improvements of operating models and practices.
• Support adoption of generative AI and automation practices within delivery workflows to enhance future-readiness.
