EPAM Systems is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for multiple initiatives in the Romandie region from Geneva, Switzerland, in a hybrid setup. You will establish trust-based client relationships, drive delivery excellence, and enable AI-driven practices across the software lifecycle.

The role requires strong experience in delivery leadership within consulting or IT services, governance of MSAs/SOWs, and proficiency in English and French.

Qualifikationen

• Proven delivery leadership in consulting/IT services.
• Experience governing MSAs and SOWs.
• Technical exposure to ERP, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and integrations.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall lifecycle.
• Hands-on with AI tools and large language model APIs.
• Professional fluency in English and French.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Implement delivery governance, pacing and reporting.
• Apply data-driven management using KPIs, dashboards and metrics.
• Lead AI adoption to enhance delivery productivity.
• Build and maintain trust-based client relationships as main contact.
• Manage risks, changes and escalations to ensure predictable delivery.
• Manage financial aspects: forecasting, margins, cost efficiency.
• Ensure MSAs and SOWs compliance and scope control.
• Drive staffing, onboarding, coaching and performance management.
