Takeda Manufacturing Austria AG in Wien seeks a DD&T Business Partner for Launch & Performance Excellence to bridge business strategy and digital execution. You will drive the technology roadmap for launch readiness, artwork governance, and performance management using Qlik, Power BI, and SAP data platforms.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
5-7 years experience in Pharma Life Science or similar industry is a plus.
Strong ability to assess emerging technologies and translate them into business opportunities, solution options, and implementation roadmaps.

Aufgaben

Lead the DD&T partnership for Launch Management and Artwork Management.
Shape the technology roadmap, guide investment decisions, and prioritize scalable, compliant solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to define the target-state capability landscape and embed AI-based solutions.
Translate priorities into delivery plans and future-ready capabilities across launch, artwork, order intake, and performance management.
Oversee service performance and ensure SLAs with internal teams and external partners.
