epunkt GmbH is seeking a Digital Project Lead to drive a major eQMS rollout in Vienna, coordinating with 20-25 stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.

You will own project scope, timelines, governance, and adoption, translating quality requirements into IT-enabled solutions and ensuring GxP-compliant delivery. This long-term role offers ongoing digital transformation opportunities with a dedicated IT team.

Qualifikationen

• Solid background and experience with QMS/eQMS, ideally implementing or upgrading systems.
• Proven project management experience with end-to-end scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/life sciences) is preferred.
• High-level IT understanding to discuss concepts with IT teams and translate between tech and business language.
• English language skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Own the eQMS rollout in Veeva: planning, execution, governance, reporting.
• Manage internal stakeholders and external partners (implementation partner, Veeva).
• Coordinate SME input and validation for GxP-fit delivery.
• Align with IT on concepts, dependencies, and technical enablement.
• Drive adoption and change by translating quality requirements into actionable solutions.
