JobsinAustria in Vienna seeks a DD&T Business Partner for Launch & Performance Excellence to steer the technology roadmap, enable compliant artwork workflows, and drive business value with data platforms like Qlik and Power BI. This role bridges business strategy with digital execution for global launches and performance visibility.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage cross-functional delivery, and oversee digital transformation across the value chain, including AI initiatives

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in business partnering, portfolio prioritization, strategic planning, and service delivery in a DD&T environment.
• Strong expertise in launch management, artwork management, order intake, and performance management with governance and KPI design.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise analytics platforms (Qlik, Power BI) and SAP data models.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and lead cross-functional delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, influencing senior leaders.
• Experience shaping digital strategy, target-state architecture, and investment alignment.
• Demonstrated leadership, vendor management, and collaboration across matrixed teams.
• Experience in regulated, global, transformation-driven settings; modernization and harmonization.
• Familiarity with agile delivery, product management, and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead DD&T partnership for Launch, Artwork, Commercial Order Intake and Performance Management.
• Shape technology roadmap and invest in scalable, compliant, value-driven solutions.
• Embed AI-based capabilities to transform operating models and improve compliance.
• Advise senior leadership and align priorities across global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with DSC Delivery Leads to meet objectives and balance funding.
• Ensure service performance and adoption across launch, artwork, order intake, and performance tools.
