Takeda in Vienna seeks a Launch Project Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain launches of new products across the global network, coordinating cross-functional teams from manufacturing to regulatory to ensure on-time, high-quality market introductions.

You will develop timelines, manage KPIs, track progress in Birdview/TrackWise, and drive continuous improvements in launch processes while communicating with product teams and Supply Chain leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is expected.

• Lead end-to-end supply launch activities for products managed by the PDT Supply Chain organization.
• Establish and coordinate cross-functional Supply Launch Teams (SLTs), ensuring alignment across regional and global stakeholders.
• Develop and manage launch timelines, milestones and critical path activities to achieve successful market launches.
• Monitor launch readiness, identify risks and drive mitigation plans to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage launch tracking within Birdview, maintain project data and prepare monthly KPI reporting.
• Coordinate Veeva/TrackWise change controls and ensure governance throughout the launch process.
• Drive communication and reporting to Product Teams, Supply Chain leadership and key stakeholders.
• Continuously improve launch management processes, reporting tools and best practices across the global organization.
