ALDI SÜD Holding in Austria seeks a finance and controlling professional to act as a strategic partner. You will analyse performance, review country results with leadership, and translate data into actionable measures that align with the Group's goals.

The role requires SAP FI/CO and SAP BW knowledge, strong BI skills, and excellent stakeholder communication. You will drive ad-hoc analyses, monitor KPIs, and support senior management with clear, data-driven narratives.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of working experience in Finance / Controlling / Accounting in an international corporate organisation.
• Degree in business administration, economics or finance.
• Experience in (grocery) retail is a plus.
• Specialised qualifications or working experience in SAP FI / CO, SAP BW.
• Confidence with BI tools and dashboards, queries etc.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to combine quantitative and qualitative data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at various levels.
• Desire to work in dynamic environments with international stakeholders.
• Business-fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with an assigned country as a strategic Business Partner, translating data into actionable insights.
• Engage in performance reviews with country leadership, presenting findings and discussing improvements.
• Source and analyse market trends and competitor activities to understand market dynamics.
• Manage timely and accurate reporting processes and monitor country performance metrics.
• Analyse operational KPIs and provide transparency, challenging data to identify improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses to support decisions and assess local investment initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for national finance and interface with Group Controlling.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for senior management.
