ALDI SÜD HOLDING in Salzburg is seeking a NFR specialist to support CSRD and EU Taxonomy in an international, cross-functional team. You will help design, implement and improve the IT system for NFR and contribute to benchmarking and manuals.

You’ll drive data quality checks, prepare consolidated Non-Financial Reports for the ALDI SOUTH Group, and take a key role in NFR report design. Flexible working options inside Austria and abroad are available; start as soon as possible.

Qualifikationen

• Business or sustainability reporting qualification or commercial apprenticeship.
• Project management experience with a focus on finance.
• CSRD and EU Taxonomy knowledge.
• Fluent German and very good English.
• Confident with MS Office.
• Enjoy working in international teams.
• Analytical and solution-oriented with strong teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Provide expertise on CSRD and EU Taxonomy in an international team.
• Design, implement and improve the IT system for NFR.
• Prepare NFR benchmarking and manuals.
• Drive data quality checks with country-specific plausibility checks.
• Prepare consolidated Non-Financial Reports for ALDI SOUTH Group.
• Play a key role in NFR report design and formulation.
• Join the international implementation of NFR with technical and specialist aspects.
