Zusammenfassung

Interpath Advisory is seeking a proactive professional to support CRM, sales, events, and office operations in Austria and across the DACH region. The role combines client outreach, market research, and executive support in a fast-paced advisory environment.

You will manage Salesforce-driven pipelines, coordinate meetings with senior stakeholders, and assist with presentations and management materials. Fluency in German and English is required.

• Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders.
• Proactive ownership of pipeline, events, and administrative tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative team player with hands-on approach.
• Fluency in German (C1+) and English (B2+) for business communication.
• Proficient in MS Office, familiarity with Salesforce, and basic Canva knowledge.

Aufgaben

• CRM, Sales & Pipeline Ownership: manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce and prepare reports for management.
• Business Development & Client Acquisition: conduct market research and outreach to target clients in Austria with DACH scope.
• Event & Marketing Management (DACH): plan and execute client events across Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
• Executive Assistance & Office Management: support management with presentations, analyses, and office operations.
• Onboarding & Employee Support: coordinate onboarding and ramp-up for new hires.
