The role requires a strong foundation in data & AI governance, stakeholder management, and multi-disciplinary collaboration, with excellent German and English communication.

Qualifikationen

• University degree from a leading institution in business or STEM.
• 8+ years hybrid consulting and Data & AI-related work experience.
• Strong consulting foundations: target-group oriented communication, project management, workshops, selling consulting work.
• Experience in verticals (banking, insurance, life science, manufacturing) with Data & AI.
• Expertise in data/AI strategy, governance, and management.
• Experience with Data & AI implementation projects from idea to production.
• Ability to inspire, lead interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead Data & AI engagements from strategy to delivery and ongoing relationships.
• Structure complex consulting engagements and manage customer expectations.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, architects, and developers across levels.
• Contribute to growth by supporting consultants and business developers through the sales pipeline.
