RIMOWA in Vienna is seeking a part-time store assistant (20 hours/week) to ensure stock is organized, accessible, and up to date, while supporting the store team in daily operations.

You will receive, label and store goods, manage stock counts and liaise with head office. Fluent German and English are required, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury retail or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to work within a team.

Your Mission

• You will ensure that the RIMOWA stock in the store is organised, accessible and always up to date.
• You will support the store manager and the team (m/f/d) in the efficient organisation of the store.
• If required, you will organize the dispatch of goods to customers and/or head office.
• You will receive, check, label and store goods in the warehouse.
• You will be responsible for taking stock and maintaining the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
• You will also be responsible for checking and resolving discrepancies.
• You will provide sales support as required.
