Zusammenfassung

RIMOWA GmbH in Vienna is seeking a part-time Store Associate to join our luxury team. You will keep the store stock organised, support the store manager, and assist with dispatch to customers or head office. We value experience in luxury retail, are seeking an organised, team-oriented professional who cares about craftsmanship and design.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Ensure that the store stock is organised, accessible and up to date.
• Support the store manager and the team in efficient store organisation.
• Organise dispatch of goods to customers and/or head office if required.
• Receive, check, label and store goods in the warehouse.
• Take stock and maintain the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
• Check and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide sales support as required.

Job responsibilities

Part-time 20 hours/week

Your Mission

• You will ensure that the RIMOWA stock in the store is organised, accessible and always up to date.
• You will support the store manager and the team (m/f/d) in the efficient organisation of the store.
• If required, you will organize the dispatch of goods to customers and/or head office.
• You will receive, check, label and store goods in the warehouse.
• You will be responsible for taking stock and maintaining the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
• You will also be responsible for checking and resolving discrepancies.
• You will provide sales support as required.
