Job summary

TransUnion in Austria is seeking an Analyst, Sales Support to help propel customer opportunities from a technical perspective and bridge the gap between business needs and engineering solutions. You will report to the Director of Sales and work closely with cross-functional teams to design and present technical responses that address customer requirements.

In this role you will partner with Sales to progress opportunities, deliver technical presentations and workshops, and support RFPs/RFIs

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical discovery and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business and customer requirements into technically feasible solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities in parallel.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, technical pre-sales, solution design, and customer platform integrations.
• Familiarity with API testing and troubleshooting tools and relevant AWS/cloud certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Sales in developing and progressing customer opportunities from a technical perspective.
• Partner with Sales throughout the opportunity lifecycle, leading technical discovery and understanding customer and commercial requirements.
• Translate customer and commercial requirements into clear technical requirements and design solutions that address customer needs.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to technical and business audiences.
• Support technical proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and solution documentation.
• Identify technical dependencies, risks, and implementation requirements to help ensure proposed solutions are feasible.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Program Management, and other specialists throughout the pre-sales process.
• Ensure a clear technical handover from pre-sales to implementation.
• Provide customer and market feedback to relevant internal teams.
