Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a trusted technical advisor to align Red Hat solutions with business objectives across the full sales lifecycle. You will drive solution design, adoption, and success through deep collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

The preference is for candidates to be based in Vienna, however, we will also consider those located in other parts of Austria.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Red Hat portfolio and enterprise Linux, OpenShift, and cloud technologies.
• Fluent English and German; ability to communicate with executives at all levels.
• Proven experience driving solutions from design to adoption across sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Become the technical leader at assigned customer accounts, building relationships and understanding goals.
• Be the technical advisor to the Sales team, guiding on all technical aspects of the sales process.
• Collaborate with Sales to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and proposals.
• Design solutions addressing customer challenges aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technical sales conversations and demonstrate Red Hat portfolio value.
• Create and manage Customer Success Plans with cross-functional teams for onboarding and success.
• Influence Account Plans to grow pipeline and close opportunities.
• Own the technical win for each sales opportunity and coordinate resources.
• Work with Sales, Engineering, Product Management and Support for seamless engagements.
• Provide ongoing technical support, conduct regular check-ins, and identify upsell opportunities.
