ServiceNow Developer – AI Governance

Job summary

Capture Group seeks a ServiceNow Developer for AI Governance to design, build and maintain the AI Control Tower (AICT) platform. You will inventory AI assets, manage use cases, drive integration work, and ensure CMDB alignment with IRE and CSDM.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement governance and compliance across AI-enabled services. The role requires strong CMDB knowledge, ServiceNow integration experience and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of CMDB, data modelling and ServiceNow integration patterns.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, the AI lifecycle and responsible AI principles.
• Working knowledge of GRC/IRM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and extend AI Control Tower: AI asset inventory, use case intake, assessments, approval workflows and dashboards.
• Connect AI sources through Service Graph Connectors and AI Gateway / MCP server registration, and build custom REST or IntegrationHub integrations where standard options fall short.
• Keep CMDB population aligned with IRE and CSDM.
• Build governance workflows covering risk classification, policy checks, lifecycle approvals and compliance mapping (e.g. EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, internal policies).
• Integrate AICT with GRC/IRM, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management and Security Operations.
• Deliver reports, performance analytics and executive dashboards on the AI portfolio, its risks and its value.
• Follow platform best practices: scoped apps, update sets or source control, ACLs, performance and upgrade-safe customization.
• Document your solutions and hand them over to operations and support teams.
• Work with platform advisors, architects and the client’s AI governance and compliance stakeholders.

What you bring

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Familiarity with AI regulations and frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001
