Job summary

INNIO Group in Tirol, Jenbach, Austria, offers a Service PMO Intern position within the Services organization. You will support the PMO in coordinating service improvement projects, data analysis, reporting, and workshop support, gaining hands-on experience across global initiatives.

You will collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams, develop training materials, and contribute to best-practice sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Management or related field.
• Availability for a 6-month internship.
• Excellent English skills (written and oral); German skills preferred.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in coordinating service improvement, IT, digital, and process projects, including progress tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare meetings, workshops, SteerCo materials, and project documentation; support follow-up and lessons learned.
• Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities via data analysis and process mapping.
• Support change management by preparing workshops, tracking actions, and maintaining templates.
• Provide PMO administrative support including reporting and SteerCo preparation; share templates, tools and lessons learned to improve execution.
• Learn how global service improvement projects are structured, executed, and reported with practical project tools.
