Job summary

INNIO in Austria offers a six-month, full-time internship focused on digital transformation projects and project management support in Jenbach. You assist planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives, prepare reports, and help with documentation and user guides.

The first 3 months are on-site, followed by hybrid work with up to 50% remote. The role requires a Bachelor’s in progress or completed, strong numeracy, MS Office proficiency, and fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation and software projects.
• Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project information, progress, and trends.
• Assist in purchase order requests for large initiatives and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Support rollout of portfolio management tool within the Digital Transformation environment.
• Administer and maintain the portfolio management tool, ensuring data quality and reporting.
• Track project progress and maintain transparency on timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Help document project-related processes and newly developed functionalities.
• Create user guides and training materials; support documentation production.
• Contribute to improving ways of working, standards and tools within the PM team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support purchase order requests (POR) for large initiatives and help ensure proper documentation and follow-up
• Support the introduction and rollout of a portfolio management tool within the Digital Transformation environment
• Administer and maintain the portfolio management tool, including data quality, user support, and reporting
• Track project progress and maintain transparency on timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Support the documentation of project-related processes, newly developed functionalities, and features
• Assist in the creation of user guides, training materials, and other supporting documentation
• Help improve ways of working, standards, and tools within the Digital Transformation Project Management team
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment

Your Qualifications:

The internship is a full-time position for at least 6 months. To ensure a successful onboarding and integration into the team, the first 3 months are primarily based on-site in Jenbach. Thereafter, a hybrid working model with up to 50% remote work is possible. The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.698,59 gross per month (x 14).
