Job summary

INNIO invites applications for a Service PMO Intern (m/f/d) to support the Services Project Management Office in driving service improvement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the global Services organization.

In this 6‑month internship, you will gain hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, reporting, and workshop support, working with project managers, service teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in related field.
• Availability for a 6-month internship.
• Excellent English skills; German preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in PMO, process improvement, or change management.
• Analytical mindset and structured way of working.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary, international environment.
• Proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in coordinating service improvement, IT, digital, and process improvement projects, including progress tracking, stakeholder communication, risk reporting, and status updates.
• Prepare meetings, workshops, SteerCo materials, and project documentation, and support follow‑up, project closure, lessons learned, and sustainability tracking.
• Identify and document process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, supporting root cause analysis through data analysis and process mapping.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Service PMO, including program reporting, monitoring, and preparation of SteerCo materials.
• Help simplify ways of working and improve project execution by sharing templates, tools, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Learn how global service improvement projects are structured, executed, reported, and supported through practical project tools and management materials.
