INNIO is offering an internship in Jenbach, Austria, supporting digital transformation projects. The role is full-time for at least 6 months with initial on-site work and up to 50% remote work thereafter.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in Business or CS, strong numerical skills, and fluency in English and German. Priority is given to candidates with MS Office proficiency and teamwork abilities.

Aufgaben

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation initiatives and software projects.
• Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project information, progress, and trends.
• Support POR requests for large initiatives and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Assist rollout of a portfolio management tool within the Digital Transformation environment.
• Administer and maintain the portfolio management tool, including data quality, user support, and reporting.
• Track project progress and maintain transparency on timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Document project-related processes, new functionalities, and features.
• Create user guides, training materials, and other supporting documentation.
• Improve methods, standards, and tools within the Digital Transformation PM team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support purchase order requests (POR) for large initiatives and help ensure proper documentation and follow-up
• Support the introduction and rollout of a portfolio management tool within the Digital Transformation environment
• Administer and maintain the portfolio management tool, including data quality, user support, and reporting
• Track project progress and maintain transparency on timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Support the documentation of project-related processes, newly developed functionalities, and features
• Assist in the creation of user guides, training materials, and other supporting documentation
• Help improve ways of working, standards, and tools within the Digital Transformation Project Management team
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment

The internship is a full-time position for at least 6 months. To ensure a successful onboarding and integration into the team, the first 3 months are primarily based on-site in Jenbach. Thereafter, ahybrid working model with up to 50% remote work is possible. The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.698,59 gross per month (x 14).
