Universität Innsbruck sucht eine/n Mitarbeitende/n im Bereich IT-Services zur Unterstützung der Nutzerinnen und Nutzer durch Dokumentation, Schulung und Beratung sowie administrative Aufgaben. Die Position setzt ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke voraus.

Voraussetzung ist ein Abitur oder eine äquivalente Qualifikation, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 1.380 per month (14 times) * is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment. * as of 2026
