Job summary

Die Universität Innsbruck sucht eine/n Facharbeiter/in für Wartung und Instandhaltung im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär und Gas. Sie arbeiten selbstständig an Reparaturen, Wartung und dem Austausch von Bauteilen in Gebäudesystemen. Erforderlich sind eine abgeschlossene Lehre bzw.

gleichwertige Qualifikation sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse. Führerschein Klasse B, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und freundliches Auftreten runden das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Lehre, technische Hochschule oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Lehre im Bereich Installation und Gebäudetechnik oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Sehr gute Fachkenntnisse im HLK-Bereich.
• Grundkenntnisse am Computer.
• Führerschein Klasse B.
• Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit.
• Freundliches Auftreten.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär und Gas von Gebäudetechnik.
• Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten.
• Austausch, Reinigung und Reparatur von Systemkomponenten (z. B. Aufzüge, Befeuchtungssysteme, Filter, Keilriemen).
