Zusammenfassung

Roche in Vienna seeks a Senior Software Architect to own end-to-end architecture across mobile, backend and cloud for SaMD products. You will design systems, write architecture decisions, and promote AI-assisted engineering while staying hands-on as needed.

You will lead design reviews, collaborate with mobile, cloud, and DevOps teams, and help shape reusable blueprints within a compliant, fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Software Architect across mobile, backend and cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring in modular designs.
• Familiar with AI-assisted software development lifecycle tools like Claude/ChatGPT.
• Experience in regulated or safety-critical environments is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-team collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own architecture designs across native mobile, backend and cloud navify platforms.
• Write technical designs, architecture decisions and C4 models.
• Shape AI-assisted development lifecycle and ensure reliable guardrails.
• Lead technical direction and mentor squads toward reusable patterns.
• Produce audit-ready documentation and facilitate design reviews.
