Roche in Vienna is seeking an experienced Technical Mobile Engineering Manager to lead mobile teams in high-volume, customer-facing environments, balancing hands-on work (~75%) with people management (~25%). The role focuses on on-device ML, scalable architecture, and collaboration across mySugr, Accu-Chek, navify, and other Roche products.

Travel about 10%. You will mentor engineers, oversee staffing and budget, participate in regulatory processes for SaMD, and help shape Roche's mobile

Qualifikationen

Hands-on mobile development experience with strong architecture sense.
Experience deploying on-device ML models in production.
Proven track record building modular, reusable mobile components.
Experience mentoring engineering teams.
Familiarity with SaMD or regulated environments is a plus.
