NETCONOMY, a European digital solutions firm, seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition in retail and consumer sectors and to expand our SAP Public Cloud footprint. You will own target accounts, lead the sales process from outreach to signed agreements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B software sales, SAP experience, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience selling complex IT solutions or enterprise software; focus on new customer acquisition.
• Experience in the SAP ecosystem, ideally with S/4HANA, SAP Public Cloud, SAP Commerce or SAP Industry Cloud.
• Industry knowledge in Retail and Consumer-facing industries.
• Understanding of cloud transformation, system integration and fit-to-standard approaches.
• Experience with complex negotiations and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong sales discipline: pipeline building, MEDDIC qualification, reliable forecasts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel ~50–60% of the time.
• Excellent German (C1) and English (B2/C1) communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive new customer acquisition in retail and consumer sectors; develop target account strategy.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to solution development, negotiations, and closing.
• Position SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Industry Cloud solutions for Retail and Omnichannel.
• Translate retail requirements into fit-to-standard propositions with predictable subscription costs and fast value.
• Build sustainable relationships with key decision-makers across business and IT.
• Develop the sales storyline and coordinate proposals, presentations, and contracts for decision-makers.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline and reliable sales forecast.
• Represent NETCONOMY at relevant trade fairs and industry events.
