NETCONOMY is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition in retail and consumer industries and to expand our SAP Public Cloud footprint. You take full ownership of your target accounts and lead the sales process from outreach to signed agreements.

With 5+ years in B2B IT services or enterprise software, you will engage CIOs and business leaders, leverage MEDDIC, and travel up to 60% to meet customers. Proficiency in German and English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands on B2B sales experience in complex IT services or enterprise software.
• Experience in the SAP ecosystem and co-selling motions.
• Solid understanding of retail and consumer industries (omnichannel, pricing, promotions).
• Cloud transformation basics: integration and fit to standard vs custom development.
• Strong negotiation skills in multi-stakeholder deals.
• Structured sales discipline with MEDDIC and reliable forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation at all levels up to board.
• High initiative and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel 50%-60%.
• German (C1) and English (B2/C1).

Aufgaben

• End to end responsibility for a defined new logo target list in retail and consumer facing industries, including account strategy and prioritisation
• Accountable for the entire sales process, from initial contact through solution shaping and commercial negotiation to final legal and contractual closure
• Positioning SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and related services for omnichannel
• Translating retail requirements into a public cloud proposition with focus on standardization
• Building relationships with CIOs, COOs, CFOs and other decision-makers
• Developing the sales storyline and coordinating proposals and contracts with Revenue Operations
• Maintaining a qualified pipeline and reliable CRM forecast
• Representing NETCONOMY at trade fairs and industry events
