Netconomy, a growing European SAP-focused digital solutions provider, seeks a Senior Account Executive in Austria. You will lead new customer acquisition in retail and consumer sectors, driving the SAP Public Cloud footprint and managing deals from outreach to signed contracts.

You’ll coordinate stakeholders across business and IT, shape compelling propositions, and maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasts. A hybrid work setup and performance-based rewards are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience selling complex IT solutions or enterprise software with a focus on new customer acquisition.
• Experience in the SAP ecosystem, ideally with S/4HANA, SAP Public Cloud, SAP Commerce or SAP Industry Cloud.
• Industry knowledge in Retail and Consumer-facing industries.
• Understanding of cloud transformation, system integration and fit-to-standard approaches.
• Experience with complex negotiations and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong sales discipline: building pipelines, MEDDIC, and reliable forecasts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time.
• Excellent German (C1) and English (B2/C1) communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive new customer acquisition in retail and consumer sectors and build SAP Public Cloud footprint.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to contract closure.
• Position SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Industry Cloud for Retail/Omnichannel.
• Translate retail requirements into fit-to-standard propositions with predictable costs.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across business and IT.
• Develop sales storyline and coordinate proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline and reliable sales forecast.
• Represent NETCONOMY at trade fairs and events.
