Netconomy is seeking a Senior Account Executive to acquire new customers in retail and consumer-facing industries and to build our SAP Public Cloud footprint. You will own your target accounts, lead the sales approach with stakeholders, and drive the process from initial outreach to a signed contract.

You will work end-to-end, shape solutions, and translate requirements into a compelling public cloud proposition. Travel and stakeholder management are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands on B2B sales experience in complex IT services or enterprise software.
• Experience in the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, Public Cloud, Industry Cloud).
• Solid understanding of retail and consumer facing industries (omnichannel, pricing, promotions).
• Technical understanding of cloud transformation: integration, fit to standard vs custom development, public cloud ERP.
• Strong negotiation skills in multi-stakeholder deals including procurement and legal.
• Structured sales discipline with pipeline management and forecasting (e.g., MEDDIC).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels, including board level.
• Willingness to travel roughly 50–60% of time.
• German (C1) and English (B2/C1) proficiency.

Aufgaben

• End to end responsibility for a defined new logo target list in retail and consumer facing industries.
• Accountable for the entire sales process from outreach to signed agreement.
• Position SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition with related Industry Cloud services.
• Translate retail requirements into a public cloud proposition with a clean core.
• Build relationships with CIO/COO/CFO and other decision makers.
• Develop sales storyline and coordinate proposals and contracts for management.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline and reliable forecast in the CRM.
• Represent NETCONOMY at key trade fairs and industry events.
