FIS is seeking a Sales Executive Lead to expand our MyDesq footprint across Switzerland and Liechtenstein, with a focus on asset managers, wealth managers, private banks, and family offices as they modernise their digital workplace and market data environments.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, develop a territory strategy, and build ROI-driven business cases that highlight cost reduction and efficiency gains within Swiss financial institutions.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (Swiss German preferred) and English.
• Proven ability to drive new business and develop territory in Swiss financial services.
• Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers.
• Proven success selling enterprise technology, SaaS, fintech, workspace, or market data solutions.

• Win new logos across wealth management, asset management, private banking, and family office segments.
• Develop and execute a targeted territory strategy for Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
