Finastra seeks an experienced Technical Payment Consultant to join our team in Switzerland. This client-facing role requires strong technical expertise in payments, systems integration, and problem-solving.

You will implement FINASTRA solutions, configure environments, and lead investigations with clients and internal teams in German and English. The role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days on-site per week, supporting global金融 clients and fostering collaboration across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with payment and AML screening flows, SWIFT services, and ISO 20022.
• Knowledge of Linux, scripting, databases and SQL.
• Experience with REST APIs and MQ integration.
• Fluency in German and English; French or Italian is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Implement and configure FINASTRA software solutions for clients.
• Manage multiple technical payment service and support requests promptly.
• Define and implement client application configurations to provision environments.
• Lead technical investigations and provide resolutions or analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in German and English.
• Document and hand over technical implementations to the support team post go-live.
• Record and resolve internal defects with development teams.
