Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience building scalable, production-grade systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Rust, plus solid working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, websockets, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and messaging systems such as Kafka or ZeroMQ.
• Bonus points for AWS, trading platforms, market data systems, or an interest in crypto and financial markets.
