Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years in mechanical design and product development.
• Expert CAD use and FEA software proficiency.
• Strong mechanics, dynamics and thermodynamics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and detailed design of complex mechanical systems.
• Use 3D modeling, drafting and design documentation with CAD tools.
• Perform stress, thermal, vibration and fatigue analyses (FEA).
• Select materials and manufacturing processes to meet specs.
• Oversee prototyping, testing and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams via online platforms.
• Troubleshoot design issues and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to design standards and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
