Job summary

Volue in Austria seeks a senior product marketing leader to own the Distribution portfolio, shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for customers from regional operators to large multinationals.

You will turn market and product insights into compelling narratives and equip Sales with effective materials, working closely with Product, Growth Marketing, and Customer Success to drive pipeline growth, product adoption, and customer expansion.

Qualifications

• Senior product marketing ownership of a portfolio, positioning technical grid software to technical buyers in operations, engineering, or IT leadership.
• AI-native approach to marketing: use AI tools to enhance output.
• Ability to segment a market and tailor positioning for different customer sizes and buying processes.
• Strong commercial instinct: own go-to-market metrics and form a clear point of view.
• Curiosity about how the electricity grid works and willingness to learn the domain in depth.
• Experience in energy, distribution, grid, infrastructure, or related software businesses is beneficial.
• Professional English is required; German or Nordic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio positioning and messaging across the Distribution portfolio with current market insights.
• Segmented go-to-market adaptation across customer segments.
• Plan and deliver launches and campaigns to build pipeline and drive adoption.
• Sales enablement: create pitches, decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards.
• Monitor market trends, regulations, and regional dynamics to inform roadmap and go-to-market.
• Source references and customer success stories for thought leadership and campaigns.
• Leverage AI to scale research, content production, and competitive monitoring.
• Own launch and campaign performance and report KPIs to leadership.
